Beate Becker, Founding Director
Beate began her work in creative industries at the Massachusetts Cultural Council where she managed the Cultural Economic Development program. She is the former director of the New England Creative Economy Initiative and was Special Assistant for Creative Sector Development at the Boston Redevelopment Authority. Independently, and in partnership with Mt. Auburn Associates, she has worked with clients in the U.S. and Europe. Beate has a BA from Bennington College and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
